PROCESS:
All Homes will be custom designed to meet your family's wants, needs and budget. Designing of the homes will proceed, at your pace, as we develop your individual home building budget and construction schedule.
PRICE RANGE:
Homes on 55' wide lots are expected to start in the mid $800,000's. Homes on 60' and 65' wide lots are expected to be more. Most homes are expected to be in the $800,000 to $950,000 range.
Milla homes is offering an Enviro-Friendly Construction Package on all homes in CREEKSIDE ESTATES that will incorporate much higher levels of insulation and superior construction materials and techniques along with higher efficiency heating, cooling and ventilation systems as part of our commitment to a greener Waterloo.
